PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIME:
- Orders are processed during our business hours, Monday - Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays) once payment has been received in full.
- We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days, please note this is in addition to the delivery time.
- In some circumstances we may be unable to post within this timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances e.g extreme weather or mail strikes.
- During holiday seasons or special discount events order processing times may be increased.

Economy is our cheapest shipping option and is not tracked - a good choice if you are happy to wait longer to save money on postage. Please be patient while your parcel is in transit, there's no need to panic as your package is on the way. Please allow 30 working days for your order to arrive before getting in touch. If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know within an hour of initial purchase. We are unable to accept a cancellation once the order has already been dispatched. We can not guarantee that any order can be cancelled in time due to our shipping and packaging processes.
Our team are dedicated to ensuring your order is packaged with care and dispatched as soon as possible. Once we hand your parcel over to the post office it is completely out of our control so we can not be held responsible for delayed parcels. Standard International post has to go through many processes, so we please ask for your patience whilst it is in transit. Please allow 30 working days from the dispatch date for your order to arrive.
The customer is responsible for any customs related import duty and VAT charges for their order. Please check with your local authority before purchasing if you are unsure whether your country is subject to charges.

Returns and Exchanges
In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted pierced earrings or body jewellery. This policy is enabled for the protection and health of the consumer. By purchasing these items you accept the sale is final.

The buyer is fully responsible for making sure the item is suitable and checking for potential metal sensitivities or allergies before purchasing any of our products. Crystal Heaven London accepts no liability for any metal allergies or irritations that may occur as a result of wearing our products. If you experience any reactions, please read our guide to help determine the cause. If the issue persists, please contact your local piercer or healthcare professional regarding your piercing.
All orders are meticulously quality checked with each product code scanned before they are packaged, but if there's something we've missed by mistake please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item(s) so we can resolve this for you. Do not open any sealed bags to ensure the contents are exactly as received.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty within 6 months from the delivery date, please contact us so we can help. Do not return any items without confirmation to do so via email.
We can not consider wear and tear as a fault and will not be covered by our 6 month manufacturing guarantee. Please follow our jewellery care guide to ensure you are taking care of your jewellery.
Please follow the process below to report a manufacturing fault:
- Your order must have been placed and delivered within the last 6 months
- Contact us via email first to notify us of the fault: email@example.com
- Include a photograph to show the fault and a written description of the fault
- If your request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be returned free of charge
- The item will be inspected to ensure it is a manufacturing fault and not general wear and tear
- If your item is deemed as a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace your item. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund instead.
Damage In Transit
If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, contact us immediately. Please keep the exterior packaging and take a photo to show any damage to the mail bag or box and the item.
