No, we do not currently offer a UK next day service. The tracked upgrade simply offers peace of mind with end-to-end tracking and is often faster than standard post.
In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted pierced earrings or body jewellery. This policy is enabled for the protection and health of the consumer. Please read and understand the product description carefully, ensuring you order the correct gauge, length, and materials for your desired piercing.
Our postage labels are printed exactly as they are provided by the customer at checkout so if your address is incorrect, your order will not be able to be delivered. The shipping provider will return your package to us then we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.
