As an independent brand, we are committed to protecting the intellectual property associated with our jewellery, including our unique designs and concepts. As we take pride in leading the industry with originality, this unfortunately comes with the price of being replicated. We are aware of low-quality copies being made by unlicensed manufacturers which are sold on marketplaces and illegally offered via wholesale to other jewellery brands. All our product imagery for the website is taken in our studio which can be verified by EXIF data, however this intellectual property is often stolen and used without consent. We do not have any business association with such vendors and our genuine jewellery is only ever sold on www.crystalheavenjewellery.com
Our jewellery is crafted by RJC certified manufacturers and tested by AnchorCert to meet EU REACH standards, nickel release compliance and hypoallergenic status.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. Our jewellery designs, including but not limited to sketches, models, and finished pieces, are exclusive property protected by IP.
We do not tolerate the infringement of our designs and our legal department works to prevent unauthorised reproduction of our jewellery to protect the integrity and quality of our work.
