How do I join?

If you're a new customer and don't have an online account yet, you can join by signing up here.

If you're an existing customer and have an online account, you will be automatically enrolled and you can check your rewards status here.

How do I earn rewards?

Every £1 spent = 5 points
You collect points for every order which will accrue in your Loyalty Hub, once you have enough points you will unlock discounts.

How can I check my balance?

Sign into your online account and click on the 'Loyalty Hub' button.

Do rewards expire?

Once you quality for a coupon or free gift, you must redeem it within 6 months.

Can I combine offers?

No, you are unable to use multiple discount codes on a single order.

How do I refer a friend?

Sign into your online account and scroll down to the 'refer a friend' section.

How do VIP tiers work?

Each VIP tier is calculated based on spend. To stay in a tier you have 12 months to maintain your yearly spend otherwise you will drop a tier.

Will my points expire?

Yes, points expire after 12 months if they have not been redeemed.
