Yes, shipments from the UK to EU countries now require tax (VAT) to be paid before delivery. The prices on our website are excluding VAT, it is a legal requirement to pay this to your government before your order is delivered - this is completely out of our control.

Please rest assured, UK and EU customers pay the same amount. The only difference is UK prices include VAT and EU prices exclude VAT.

• UK checkout price = £20 GBP (includes 20% VAT)
• EU checkout price £16.67 GBP (excludes 20% VAT)

In the interest of hygiene as per industry standard, we do not accept returns or exchanges for pierced earrings. This includes any item that is designed to be worn inside a piercing hole such as a hoop, stud or barbell. By purchasing these items, you accept the sale is final.
