Our Black Friday event begins soon... here's everything you need to know.

Due to demand, please allow additional time for your order to be packed and delivered during the sale period. It's common to experience shipping delays during these significantly busier times. We highly recommend choosing DHL to ensure faster and more reliable delivery.

When does early access open?
Monday 24th November - 6pm UK time

How do I get on the early access list?
Sign up to our newsletter to receive your early access email.

Is there a minimum spend?
No, there is no minimum spend.

Can I use another discount code at the same time?
No, only one code can be used per order.

Is the discount valid on all collections?
No, it excludes CHLUXE, Reverie, selected products, gift cards and gift packaging.

When will my order be dispatched?
Due to the large number of orders we receive over Black Friday, please allow additional time for our team to process and package your order. Our estimated dispatch time will be 3-4 working days after placing your order.

How do I get a golden ticket?
We have a limited number of golden tickets to include in random orders placed between 24th November - 1st December. You are not guaranteed to receive a golden ticket.

What value are the tickets worth?
The tickets hold a gift value of between £5 - £50.

Can I use the golden ticket during Black Friday?
No, the credit can be used from 2 November 2025 until 31st December 2025.

How will my order be packaged?
In order to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, we will be saving some time by packaging orders placed over the discount event in our gift pouches instead of gift boxes unless additional gift packaging is added to your order.
